To qualify for VA home loan, you need to have a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Here is how to get your COE.
We help veterans purchase a home with VA home financing and no down payment. You can purchase a single family house or up to a four unit.
The basic intention of the VA home loan program is to supply home financing to eligible veterans and to help veterans purchase properties with no down payment.
VA Loan is a mortgage loan program established by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to help veterans and their families obtain home financing.
The Department of Veterans Affairs does not directly originate VA loans; instead, they establish the rules for those who may qualify, dictate the terms of the mortgages offered and insure VA loans against default.
VA Loan has
Fixed-rates with a variety of terms, so you can choose the length of the mortgage that works for you
Adjustable rates (ARMs) if you’re looking to stay in your home for 5 or 7 years
Jumbo loans if your loan will be between $484,351 and $1,500,000
Qualifying for VA Loan
When you apply for a VA loan, we’ll want to make sure you have sufficient income and that you’re eligible for this type of loan. If your situation meets the VA’s guidelines for type and length of service, they’ll issue a Certificate of Eligibility to confirm you’re eligible.
To qualify for a VA loan, we recommend having a credit score of at least 620 and a debt-to-income ratio no more than 60%.
